Can I purchase individual charts/tables from the Self Storage Almanac?No, the Almanac is sold only in its entirety. Is the Expense Guidebook available as a hard copy?No, the Expense Guidebook is only available as a digital download. Where can I get more information about the self storage industry?In the U.S., most states have individual self storage associations that can provide you with additional information. Click on the “Associations” link to find contact information for your state’s association. This list also includes contact information for the national association as well as some international associations. I haven’t received my latest issue/order. What should I do?Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the processing and shipping of an order. If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of placing the order, please call us at 800-352-4636. How can I find out when my subscription expires?You may obtain account information by calling 800-352-4636 or e-mail messenger@minico.com. Is ordering from your Web site secure?Yes, our site is secured by VeriSign. Why is the Canadian subscription more expensive?Because of the recent U.S. Postal Service rate changes, our magazines are sent via first class mail rather than periodical postage. While this increases mailing costs, it also means that you receive the magazine faster. What shipping options do you offer?If you are just subscribing to the Messenger, shipping costs are included in the subscription price, so please select “Messenger Subscription Only.” Shipping costs for mixed orders (downloads and books) are calculated depending on your location. Watch for the page with the link to downloadable articles. Downloads will also be attached to a confirmation e-mail. “Downloadable Only” applies to archived articles, archived issues and the Expense Guidebook. Hard copies of certain supplements will be sent unless otherwise indicated. Expedited shipping is available on all orders via UPS. Orders placed after 3 p.m., MST, will be processed and sent the next business day. Orders to locations in Mexico must ship via UPS to assure delivery. Orders to locations in Canada and all other locations outside the U.S. will be shipped via International Priority Mail. Priority Mail for most U.S. locations takes 2-3 business days. |
