Marc Hermann started his marine electronics rigging and yacht business out of a self-storage unit in 1984, and since that time, he always wanted to build his own storage facility. For 20 years, he kept his eyes open for the right property and found it just down the street from his business. Originally a modest design, the finished building achieves a definite “wow” factor.
