Why is the Canadian subscription to Messenger more expensive?
The cost is higher because of the U.S. Postal Service rates to mail to Canada. Subscriptions to Mexico, as well as International subscriptions, are also priced higher than the U.S. subscriptions. The alternative is to subscribe to the digital edition.

What shipping options do you offer?
If you are just subscribing to the Messenger, shipping costs are included in the subscription price. Shipping costs for mixed orders (downloads and books) are calculated depending on your location. Be sure to watch for the page with the link to downloadable articles. Downloads will also be attached to a confirmation e-mail. "Downloadable Only" applies to archived articles, archived issues and digital only products such as the Expense Guidebook, Almanac Supplements, and Top Operator’s Kit. Expedited shipping is available on all orders via UPS. Orders placed after 3 p.m., MST, will be processed and sent the next business day. Orders to locations in Mexico must ship via UPS to assure delivery. Orders to locations in Canada and all other locations outside the U.S. will be shipped via International Priority Mail. Priority Mail for most U.S. locations takes 2-3 business days.
