AMSDELL COMPANIES ACQUIRES SELF-STORAGE CENTER IN EAST LANSING, MI    

Compass  Self  Storage,  LLC, a member of the Amsdell  family  of  companies, is proud to announce the purchase of a self storage property located at 4200 Hunsaker Street in East Lansing,  MI. The new storage center represents over 52,000 net rentable square feet and will  be  operated  by  Compass  Self  Storage,  LLC ( www.compassselfstorage.com). The  facility offers drive up storage unit access, climate controlled units, online payment  options  and a full line of moving  and  packing supplies.

This store will be the ninth location for Compass in the greater Michigan market. This acquisition also  marks the company’s tenth self storage acquisition in 2013 alone. Company growth is projected to continue with the acquisition and development of quality storage properties in select markets. “We look forward to serving the storage needs of our new customers in East Lansing,”   said Todd Amsdell, President.
