Devon Self Storage, based in Emeryville, CA is pleased to announce the promotion of two key executives:

Kimberly Siclari has been promoted to Senior Vice President – General Counsel effective immediately. Kim joined Devon as the company’s in-house legal counsel in June 2004. She has been and continues to be the company’s point person responsible for the due diligence and legal aspects related to the acquisition, disposition and financing of assets. Kim interfaces with the other executives of Devon, the company’s equity partners, and lenders to ensure that all interested parties remain informed regarding legal and compliance issues. She is a licensed real estate broker in several states and an active member of the California State Bar Association since October 2001 with an emphasis on Real Property Law. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the California State Self Storage Association. Ms. Siclari graduated from Chico State University with a Bachelor Degree in Political Science. She received her law degree from John F. Kennedy University.

Dayle Marier has been promoted to Senior Vice President – Controller effective immediately. Dayle joined Devon as an accounting supervisor in January 1995 and has held a number of accounting related positions since that time. In June 2000 she moved to Devon’s European corporate office in Amsterdam, The Netherlands to oversee all of Devon’s accounting and due diligence functions for the company’s European activities, returning to the Emeryville corporate offices in June 2002 when that operation was sold. She has been the Vice President – Controller for the past five years; however, with the near doubling in size of the company this fall her responsibilities have greatly increased as has her staff in the accounting department. Dayle is responsible for all accounting and related activities for the company and all of its self storage assets.
