Door to Door Storage Sends Care Packages, Letters to Overseas U.S. Military Troops

Door to Door Storage, Inc. is sending the second care package of 2013 to troops serving in our Armed Forces. Employees and the family members of employees also spent time writing notes to show their appreciation for the service and sacrifices made by U.S. military personnel.

“For over 4 years now, the Door to Door team has been proud to have the opportunity to show support for our troops,” said Tracey Kelly, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Door to Door Storage®. “I sincerely hope that these items and letters help provide some measure of comfort while our soldiers are away from their families during the holidays.”

The cases are filled with a variety of familiar comforts from home that range from powdered drinks, magazines, video games, and jerky to personal luxury items. Every shipment will also include letters and cards created by Door to Door employees.

“We would like to thank each and every man and woman serving in our nation’s armed forces and wish them all a happy holiday,” said Paul Reed, Chief Executive Officer of Door to Door.
