Because of the fall of the land, Mini Storage Depot was even able to accommodate two additional buildings of drive-up storage units, offering up a huge perk for tenants who don’t want to haul heavy items through an entire interior facility. The use of a multi-story building as well as drive up units and boat and RV storage allowed Mini Storage Depot to navigate their land and make the most out of a tricky lot.
The Skillfully Designed and Artfully Constructed Result
BETCO Inc. was one of the major subcontract suppliers for the project and helped the facility navigate the ins-and-outs of their construction. They supplied the two additional buildings consisting of drive-up units as well as the multistory building structure which included metal exterior façade, metal standing seam roof and a white door and hallway system for a bright and clean feel. Additionally, they utilized BETCO’s load bearing stud wall construction for the building and structural standing seam roof panel system.
