Weinstock, Vice President / Regional Manager of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. The asset sold for $4,900,000.
Sean M. Delaney and Matthew E. Duda, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a developer. The buyer, a private investor, was also secured and represented by Sean M. Delaney and Matthew E. Duda. Matthew Fitzgerald, Broker, assisted in closing this transaction.
Hoerth Storage at 501 West Rolling Meadows Drive sold in 84 days at 96 percent of its original list price. Hoerth Storage is a 132,853 net-rentable square foot self-storage facility constructed on approximately 12 acres of land. The facility has 18 single-story buildings that consist of 344 non-climate controlled units, 35 climate-controlled units and 21 commercial warehouse spaces. The property was built between 1986 and 2013 and features numerous amenities including, but not limited to, an on-site manager’s office, security lighting, video surveillance, drive-up bay doors (commercial space) and roll-up doors (non-climate).
