Michael L. Glass, regional manager of the firm’s Columbus office, states that the self-storage facility, which sits on 5.69 acres and includes 401 storage units, sold for $1,211,250.

Hatcher, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The investor, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Joseph Holloway and Brett R. Hatcher. Regarding the current self-storage market, Mr. Holloway states, “the acquisition of Add More Storage by a regional owner with multiple facilities highlights the growth of the industry and the demand from investors to capitalize on the strength of the industry.”
Add More Storage is located at 2908 Venice Road in Sandusky, OH. The facility features units ranging from 64 to 336 square feet, round-the-clock video surveillance and a security gated entrance with perimeter fencing.
