OpenTech Adds Second Call Center Location and Offers 24/7 Service


    OpenTech Alliance, Inc. today announced they have extended their call center to the Eastern time-zone and beyond as well as now offer 24/7 service. For the past year they have been building up their remote call center in Dayton, OH, which now consists of over 10 full time Storage Counselors to better service customers in the East and Midwest and provide a valuable level of redundancy for the entire operation. In addition the company is now the only vendor in the industry to offer 24/7 service.

    “I guess it is somewhat redundant to say we never rest, with a brand name like INSOMNIAC and the addition of our 24/7 service, but it is true. We are always looking for ways to improve the quality and value of our service for our customers.
