Simply Self Storage, one of the largest privately held operators of self storage facilities in the United States and Puerto Rico, will be donating $100,000 to local charities in 2014. As part of a company-wide initiative, Simply Self Storage employees have worked to achieve performance goals in an effort to tackle causes such as hunger, education, animal abuse, homelessness, and disaster relief, among many others. Employees have the opportunity to decide which charities will receive the donations and they will also determine the organizations at which they would like to volunteer. Simply Self Storage will compensate employees for their volunteer time at local charities as well.
