StorageTreasures Now Offers Automation for storEDGE, Storage Commander and DoorSwap Customers

Integrations with storEDGE, Storage Commander, and DoorSwap, three of the leading property management solutions used by self storage facilities, will lessen the burden auctions place on storage operators. The integrations allow customers with these PMS systems to automate the import of tenant auction data directly from the property management software into StorageTreasures. The feature not only saves operators time, but also reduces the chance for human error or omission of important information that can invalidate an auction.
Operators that took advantage of StorageTreasures’ API integrations with SiteLink and Centershift have tangibly reduced this risk by automating this portion of the auction process. “With our auctions on StorageTreasures and integrated with our property management software, there’s a lot less room for error,” said Dana Petry, Operations Manager for Amsdell Companies (dba Compass Self Storage). “It removes that element of liability from the process – sometimes an employee can enter one wrong number, and it’s very easy to do – and that one slip of the finger can really cause an issue.
