SACRAMENTO, CA: The California Self Storage Association is announcing a new brand for the organization. This was created by a Rebrand Marketing Team made of individuals from both CSSA’s Marketing & Communications as well as Membership Committees. Being directed by Third Rail, a professional graphic and marketing team, they gathered information, researched, and worked on the development of this brand.
The tagline of SUPPORT · COLLABORATE · ACHIEVE describes the new direction CSSA embarked on in the beginning of fall of 2018. With the hiring of a new Executive Director and professional staff; a revamping of CSSA’s vision, core purpose, and mission; development of yearly strategic business plans; CSSA is focused on providing support for their members’ success. In addition, they are achieving their goals through collaboration with business partners (vendors) and other organizations with shared interests.
Helping visualize their brand is the new logo with a contemporary look, colors that represent California, and subtle design representing both the self storage industry and their direction forward.
Examples of CSSA’s new direction is the expansion of their committees from two to seven, soliciting members with subject-matter skills. Legislative & Legal, one of the new committees tracks a variety of issues, including keeping the members abreast of Covid-19 restrictions. Another new committee Education & Training have launched a whole new series of virtual training for their members, including the first-ever Avatar training for the self storage industry as well as professional HR series webinars.
