The Southern Storage Group (SSG) announced that it has sold Atascocita Self Storage in Humble, Texas. The 77,310 NRSF, 581 unit, Class “A” facility generated multiple offers.

Bill Bellomy and Michael Johnson had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the Humble, Texas based seller. Bellomy and Johnson also procured the buyer, Move It Management, LLC.

Move It Management, headquartered in Dallas, is a full service storage management company. It owns and operates its own facilities and it also provides facility management, personnel selection and training, construction, conversion design, financing, and marketing for its clients. Atascocita Self Storage will be added to Move It Management’s national portfolio of more than thirty self-storage properties.
