Security Self-Storage, a real estate development company, operates facilities in over sixty locations throughout North America. Vertical Consultants was engaged by Security Self-Storage to review their current cell tower and rooftop telecom leases associated with their properties and to provide counsel regarding these telecom assets. Negotiations and modifications of this lease will lead to a significant increase in revenue for Security Self-Storage.
