York, PA – October 11, 2022-– Moove In Self Storage announces the hiring of Robert ‘Rob’ Harnsberger as District Manager. Rob will be reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations Brian Foran.
Rob will be tasked with hiring, training, and counseling all site level staff. He will be responsible for reviewing pricing and
competition surveys, employing and/or contracting for services regarding security, maintenance, and landscape; and preparing
employee performance reviews, property budgets, operational reviews, and expense reports to manage financial controls and
property performance.
Rob will be managing anywhere from 10 to 35 employees at one time including property managers, relief managers, and team
leads. He will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of these employees. He will ensure manager’s deposits are being made in a timely manner, patty cash reports and closing ledgers and correct, and that customers are receiving any monies owed.
Before coming to Moove In, Rob worked at Public Storage for three years, EZ Storage for 10 and a half years, and Life Storage
for nine months. He was born in Washington D.C., grew up in Wheaton, MD, and has since moved to Perry Hall, MD where he
has lived for the past 32 years. He is married to his high school sweet sweetheart and has two children. Danielle, the oldest, has just given Rob his first granddaughter and his younger daughter, Brianna, is in her senior year at Florida Atlantic University. In his free time, Rob enjoys watching live music, golfing, and riding his motorcycle.
