This fully stabilized facility located at 7014 Gunn Highway, in Tampa, FL boasts 100,000 gross square feet or 74,500 net rentable square feet and features 789 climate-controlled units.
The acquisition of Citrus Park will mark Safeguard Self Storage’s sixth operating asset in the Tampa MSA, while an additional five assets are currently in various stages of development. The company says it eagerly anticipates the continued upward trajectory of this already thriving asset, and it remains committed to acquiring additional “Best in Class” facilities within the market.
