The coronavirus has spread its damage to every aspect of life in the United States and worldwide. The U.S. and global economies and health systems are taking unparalleled hits. The pandemic is disrupting supply chains, giant corporations, mom-and-pop businesses, and all those in between. Its negative effects are widely predicted to continue and probably grow worse for many months, if not years, despite the roughly $2 trillion CARES Act stimulus package for individuals and businesses. The uncertainty surrounding how the crisis will unfold and how long it will last is greatly magnify-ing the problem.
