Most professionally trained self-storage managers are taught to ask prospective tenants several qualifying questions to determine the best unit size and type for their storage need. Managers want to know what they will be storing, when they will need a unit, and how long they plan to keep their belongings
in storage. When the question of why a customer needs storage space arises, though the circumstances vary, the underlining answer is that
he/she has no where else to put his/her stuff.
